Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Claims Operations Associate Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration of mail, document, and file-related duties, to provide operational and tactical support to all operating units.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • Administration of mail, document, and file-related duties to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
