Project Manager

Seeking a skilled individual to lead high-performing engineering teams in technical project management. This role involves managing complex projects following defined Product Life Cycle (PLC) processes, implementing best practices, and communicating status through clear, timely, and objective communication.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical project management of complex programs.
  • Collaborate with internal & external customers to define product requirements.
  • Work with high-performing engineering teams to resolve complex problems and deliver customer-centric solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Responsible for integrating all subsystems and evaluating solutions to address target use cases.
  • Deliver solutions that meet committed performance specifications and production quality standards.
  • Implement systematic methodologies to communicate project status, manage risks, and re-plan as events warrant.
Skills
  • Excellent project management skills, including structuring and managing multiple interdependent work streams.
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, conflict resolution, and management.
  • Demonstrated software technical experience in developing complex products.
  • Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with programming languages and ability to read and understand code.
  • Proficiency in Agile and SDLC development processes.
  • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives.
  • Business acumen and strategic agility with demonstrated technical cognizance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.
Qualifications
  • Master's Level Degree; or Bachelor's Level Degree.
