We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage our client accounts and drive results-driven advertising strategies.
- Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Build and refine full-funnel ad strategies focused on conversions, lead generation, or app installs.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, extensions, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver cohesive, high-ROI campaigns.
- Generate insights and weekly performance reports using analytics tools.
- 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads with budgets $20K/month or more.
- Deep knowledge of keyword research, campaign segmentation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experienced in conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and offline conversion imports.
- Strong analytical skills: can translate data into clear actions that boost ROI.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and performance-obsessed.
- 7% commission on total ad spend + performance bonuses (based on ROAS, CPL, CPA).
