Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, preferably with turbines main valve or large-scale machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble turbine main valve components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Perform mechanical checking and clearance checking on turbine main valve to ensure proper functionality.
  • Install bearings, seals, and other components necessary for the turbine's operation.
  • Ensure the correct alignment and clearance of turbine main valve parts during assembly.
  • Document assembly and testing procedures, including identifying and reporting any issues encountered during assembly.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to resolve issues and reduce assembly time.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Inspect and verify the quality of turbine main valve components before and after assembly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably with turbines main valve or large-scale machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and specialized turbine main valve assembly equipment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site turbine installations and maintenance as required.
