We are seeking a meticulous Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and help elevate product excellence. This role involves conducting thorough testing of our products, from new feature releases to ongoing enhancements, ensuring they meet digital accessibility standards.

The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to deliver on tight timelines, document test cases, and track issues in our platform. They will work closely with Developers, Product Managers, Support Teams, and other functional groups to understand requirements and determine the scope of testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop test design templates and test plans, and perform hands-on testing.
  • Document test cases and track issues in our platform.
  • Collaborate with different functional groups to identify gaps, prioritize, and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience working and testing software applications.
  • Familiarity with HTML, ARIA, REST API, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as browser behavior.
  • Understanding of white/black box testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and regression testing.
  • Experience working with trackers like Jira/Sentry/Redmine/Bugzilla.
  • Able to find the root cause of open production support tickets quickly.
  • Debugging skills, able to convey and explain bug causes as a subject matter expert.
