About the Role:

As a Senior Data Scientist LLM, you will develop, fine-tune, and integrate large language models into production systems ensuring their performance, reliability, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize LLM and NLP models for real-world applications
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate LLMs into scalable systems
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and task alignment
  • Evaluate model performance using accuracy, relevance, and alignment metrics

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of experience in LLM and NLP model development. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency with LLM frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, LLaMAIndex, or similar
  • Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
