Transforming user experiences with elegant motion systems requires a unique blend of technical skills and creative vision. As a UX motion designer, you will be responsible for crafting motion systems that elevate usability, emotion, and interaction.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of tools like Lottie, Rive, Spline, After Effects, Figma (advanced prototyping), PPT/Keynote (advanced animations).

  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in motion design software, including Lottie, Rive, Spline, and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, interaction design, and user experience best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design & Conceptualization: Develop innovative 2D and 3D motion design concepts that clarify interactions, add personality to digital products, and amplify usability and emotional resonance.
  2. Prototyping: Build high-quality prototypes using tools like After Effects, Figma, or Principle to effectively communicate motion and interaction concepts.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of motion into the overall product design and development process.
  4. User-Centric Motion: Advocate for motion as a tool to improve usability, accessibility, and emotional engagement, aligning with user research and testing insights.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in UX motion design.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing expertise in motion design.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate the 'why' behind motion designs to stakeholders.
