Technical Support Lead Job Overview:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Lead to drive business growth and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SaaS technical support, customer operations, or similar project-focused roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and professionally.

The Technical Support Lead will play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business growth. A strong sense of ownership and self-motivation are critical, as well as the ability to work comfortably across time zones.

Familiarity with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk, reporting and project configuration experience is preferred. Intermediate understanding of technical systems, APIs, and SQL is also required. Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel are necessary for working with large data sets to identify trends and resolve complex issues.
