Sales Manager_Treasury, Trade

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to spearhead our Treasury, Trade and Wholesale Banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the corporate banking landscape, with expertise in treasury management, foreign exchange, and commercial borrowings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Treasury Solutions: Provide expert advice on managing currency exposure, interest rates, and other financial risks using our Agentic AI platform.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with marquee clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring retention through value-added advisory services.
  • Account Management: Lead large accounts, ensuring efficient delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in banking, with subject matter expertise in treasury, foreign exchange, and commercial borrowings.
  • Proven business development and account management skills, with a strong network of corporates and MSMEs in Mumbai.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
