**Job Title:** Technical Lead

 

We are seeking a highly skilled technical lead to join our team. As a key member of our global technical team, you will drive system design and platform architecture decisions, build scalable systems using Java and event-driven architectures, and solve real-time challenges in search, pricing, and booking workflows.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive system design and platform architecture decisions.
  2. Build scalable, resilient systems using Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven architectures.
  3. Solve real-time, high-throughput challenges in search, pricing, and booking workflows.
  4. Own end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives from design to deployment.
  5. Lead multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
  6. Mentor teams while solving the most complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
Tech Stack:
  • Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Microservices, AWS ECS, ScyllaDB, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
  • Platform: AWS, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions.
  • Data & AI: Databricks, Spark, Claude, LangGraph, RAG pipelines.
  • Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years backend development experience.
  • Deep Java expertise (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
  • Hands-on developer who can code, architect, and lead by example.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders - Product teams, Clients, and Cross-functional tech teams.
  • Distributed systems experience with event-driven architectures.
  • NoSQL databases (ScyllaDB, MongoDB).
  • Performance optimization and latency tuning skills.
  • Ownership mindset with proven track record of delivering mission-critical projects.
Bonus Points:
  • LLM pipelines, RAG, or agentic AI experience.
  • Databricks, Spark, or large-scale data processing.
  • Travel-tech or B2B marketplace background.
  • Full-stack experience with React.
