Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the employee experience by conducting structured employee connects, leveraging HR analytics, and using data to inform decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement
    • Develop and implement engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
    • Conduct regular employee connects to gather feedback and address concerns.
    • Design an annual engagement calendar for all stakeholders.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and challenges within the workforce.
    • Generate reports on engagement metrics and attrition trends.
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Surveys and Insights
    • Design and administer employee surveys.
    • Analyze survey data to derive actionable insights.
    • Recommend changes based on survey outcomes.
  • Transparent Communication
    • Foster clear and transparent communication with employees.
    • Drive effective utilization of Slack and other collaboration tools.
    • Share regular updates with employees.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
    • Oversee touch points throughout the employee lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to align initiatives with the talent management strategy.
    • Support managers with data-backed insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Act as an HR business partner by working closely with managers and leaders.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Build relationships across teams.
  • Process Improvement and Initiatives
    • Identify and propose improvements in engagement processes.
    • Lead initiatives to address identified challenges.
    • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing surveys.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in Slack, MS Excel, HRMS tools, or data visualization platforms.
