Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the design, implementation, and support of OneStream XF solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in OneStream development, integration, and automation, as well as experience leading financial consolidation, planning, and reporting projects.

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of OneStream applications for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop OneStream business rules, dashboards, cube views, and workflow automation.
  • Implement OneStream XF Marketplace solutions as needed.
  • Develop and optimize data integration with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.), Data Warehouses, and other financial systems.
  • Manage connectors, data sources, and transformation rules for smooth data flow.
  • Ensure data validation, reconciliations, and audit controls within OneStream.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and resolve system performance bottlenecks.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers and functional consultants.
  • Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, best practices, and SOPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • OneStream Certification (OCP or OCA) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Hyperion (HFM, Planning, Essbase) or SAP BPC is beneficial.
  • Exposure to cloud-based OneStream deployments.
