Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned QA expert to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data (CI-D) and Journeys (CI-J) implementations.

The ideal candidate will validate the integrity, mapping, and synchronization of customer data across Dataverse, CI-D, CI-J, and third-party integrations.

The position involves conducting end-to-end testing of customer journeys, segmentation logic, data ingestion pipelines, and marketing automations.

You will perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.

You will work closely with developers, data engineers, and marketing teams to proactively identify issues and validate resolutions.

The role also involves testing API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines related to CI-D and CI-J within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Ensuring compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards during test execution and documentation is a key responsibility.

You will maintain test documentation, report bugs using appropriate tools, and track issues through resolution.

In addition, you will participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process and product quality improvements.
