About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Lead to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sponsorship strategies for live events, identifying potential sponsors, building relationships with existing partners, and driving revenue growth through sponsorship sales.

  • Develop and execute sponsorship strategies for live events;
  • Identify potential sponsors and build a robust pipeline of opportunities;
  • Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand objectives;
  • Lead negotiations and contract closures with sponsors;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field;
  • 10-15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media;
  • Strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates;
  • Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives;
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
