Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to join our product development team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of business and product metrics, designing dashboards, analyzing trends, and implementing automation systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collect information from stakeholders, prepare reports on transactions, and perform reconciliation activities
  • Design dashboards depicting business insights to management
  • Analyze and highlight various trends, anomalies, and issues observed in different processes
  • Implement systems that promote automation and reduce manual activities for both reporting and operational tasks
  • Handle ad-hoc report requests from Business/CS teams
  • Prepare analytical presentations and slide shows for reviews
  • Suggest process improvements & system enhancements
  • Periodic process changes to be incorporated in SOPs
  • Co-ordinate with various teams to streamline reports
  • Adhere to Information Security norms & quality process norms

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with decent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, advanced formulas, and functions
  • Experience in reporting, metrics, and data analysis - handling big data, using pivot tables, and crunching numbers
  • Proficiency in other MS office applications - Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Python, VBA, SQL or other analytics tools and languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of work experience is required
