About this RoleThis is a geographically aligned strategic leadership role, enhancing collaboration between WW teams and Markets. The Medical Market Lead (MML) is a liaison and catalyst, bridging WW and Regional Market medical teams, to drive alignment and focus on disease area objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead bi-directional communication between WW and Regional Market medical teams, escalating needs and evidence gaps.
- Proactively identify and remove respective Market roadblocks by triaging communication between WW functions and Regional Market medical teams.
- Provide strategic expertise and guidance to ensure effective local execution.
- Foster Market collaborations and sharing best practices across geographical boundaries.
- M.D., Ph.D., or Pharm.D. degree
- 10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience with emphasis on Global, Regional, or Market-based Medical Affairs preferred
- Broad knowledge of Neuroscience preferred
