Project Development Associate Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Project Development Associate to support end-to-end project development, ensuring seamless coordination and meticulous administration.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project development and execution.
  • Maintain and track project pipeline, reflecting accurate stages and statuses.
  • Organize business development documentation, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.
  • Assist in drafting correspondence with government bodies and regulatory authorities.
  • Support Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Land Developments Agreement (LDAs) with counterparties.
  • Manage vendor onboarding process and upload invoices.
  • Monitor and track payments routed through Business Development function.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy sector and sustainable development.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
