Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Administrator to join our team.

This role involves supporting enterprise information systems, ensuring a stable operating environment and maximum use of system facilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Server Administration, Networking, Linux Administration, Windows Server Administration, SQL Server Administration, PC hardware and server architecture, and networking.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent documentation skills, troubleshooting and analytical skills, and process management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Support: Provide timely and effective support for enterprise information systems.
  • Environment Management: Ensure a stable operating environment and maximum use of system facilities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop effective relationships with business stakeholders and various end users.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure required IT services are identified, developed, and supported to the satisfaction of the stakeholders.
  • Agreement Maintenance: Establish and maintain service level agreements and serve as the main point of contact for all service issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Server Administration, Networking, Linux Administration, Windows Server Administration, SQL Server Administration, PC hardware and server architecture, and networking.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent documentation skills, troubleshooting and analytical skills, and process management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience.
