
Customer Experience Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer success through strategic partnerships and technical expertise. As a trusted advisor, they will build strong relationships with customers and account teams, develop a deep understanding of Salesforce implementations, and share best practices to ensure optimal platform utilization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the single point of customer accountability for orchestration of all deliverables, experience, and renewal, and expansion.
- Cultivating and maintaining stakeholder relationships with IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Coordinating the completion of Signature Success catalog of services as required for the customer.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 8+ years of relevant industry expertise in Technical Customer Success, Customer Success Manager, SaaS platform use or project leadership, Technology Consulting, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms, and map business requirements into technical features.
- Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud, marketing automation, personalization, advertising, and/or marketing platforms.
