Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute medium to large-scale projects in the regulatory domain, working across multiple interfaces.
  • Manage implementation projects, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and agile methodologies for delivering compliance solutions on emerging global regulations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
  • Lead Kaizen Burst events and cross-functional workshops independently across the matrix organization.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in natural science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Overall 8-12 years of experience in Lean Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Kaizen Burst Events.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2.
  • Lean & Six Sigma (Black Belt).
