Job Opportunity: Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the growth of our brand across multiple channels while ensuring strong brand custodianship and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to expand brand reach, drive revenue, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Owning profit-and-loss responsibility, revenue targets, and bottom-line performance metrics.
  • Cultivating large-scale institutional partnerships, expanding gifting programs, and exploring international markets via export partners and distributors.
  • Collaborating with internal/external teams on branding, campaigns, and product launches to deliver impactful business outcomes.
  • BUILDING strategic alliances with key stakeholders in the wellness and sustainability sectors.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, establishing standard operating procedures, and performance metrics for efficiency.
  • Measuring and communicating social impact alongside business success through data-driven insights.
  • Fostering an entrepreneurial culture and mentoring team members to drive personal and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • 7-12 years of experience in consumer brands/FMCG/D2C/lifestyle/wellness sectors with a proven track record of scaling businesses beyond one channel.
  • Strong P&L management, business development, and operational leadership skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with corporates, institutions, and partners.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on, and ownership-driven.
  • PASSION for wellness, sustainability, and purpose-driven brands is a strong plus.
