Job Description

As a data architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable big data pipelines on cloud native platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing large-scale data processing systems using Python, Pyspark, Scala, Java, and SQL. Strong knowledge of object and functional programming principles is also required.

Proficiency in working with REST and SOAP-based APIs to extract data for data pipelines is necessary. Experience in working with Hadoop and related processing frameworks such as Spark, Hive, Sqoop, etc., is mandatory.

A strong understanding of public cloud environments, particularly AWS, is essential. Ability to implement solutions using AWS Virtual Private Cloud, EC2, AWS Data Pipeline, AWS Cloud Formation, Auto Scaling, AWS Simple Storage Service, EMR, and other AWS products, HIVE, Athena is required.

Experience in working with real-time data streams and Kafka Platform is necessary. Working knowledge of workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow design and deploy dags is required.

Hands-on experience with performance and scalability tuning is necessary. Professional experience in Agile/Scrum application development using JIRA is required.
