Your day at NTT DATA

As a Senior Cloud Services Architect at NTT DATA, you will be at the heart of designing innovative Managed Services solutions that transform our clients&apos digital landscapes. You&aposll collaborate closely with clients, as well as our sales and delivery teams, to create secure, cost-effective, and sustainable cloud solutions. Your expertise will guide the development of these solutions, ensuring they align perfectly with client needs and organizational goals.

You&aposll lead a virtual team of domain experts to design complex managed service solutions tailored to client requirements, integrating technology and service design across the cloud domain. By proactively driving the development and validation of service solutions, you&aposll help bring to market new features and delivery models that enhance our offerings.

Your days will involve mapping client needs to service elements, leading solution development, and ensuring supportability by working across diverse teams. You&aposll remain engaged during and post-implementation, participating in renewals and ensuring a smooth transition to service delivery teams. Your focus will be on optimizing client outcomes, guiding informed decision-making, and sharing insights to drive innovative solutions.

Your role will also involve conducting workshops, presenting architecture solutions to clients, and collaborating on the commercial aspects of services. By mentoring and coaching your peers, you&aposll help nurture a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring everyone is aligned with our strategic goals. Your passion for emerging trends in cloud technology and managed services will ensure we stay at the forefront of the industry.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:

- An advanced understanding of cloud technologies, networking, security, and system administration.
- Expertise in multi-cloud technologies, cloud-native applications, architecture transformation, and legacy-to-cloud migrations.
- Applied skills in Azure, GCP, or AWS infrastructure architecture and presales.
- Experience with virtualization, hybrid computing environments, and cloud-native technologies.
- Knowledge of managed services delivery models, including cloud and distributed delivery.
- Strong communication skills to convey the value of solutions to stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.
- The capability to facilitate workshops, present solutions, and drive client buy-in.
- A collaborative mindset, contributing to team success in a matrixed organization.
- A bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
