Experienced Senior Interior Designer

We seek a Senior Interior Designer / Team Lead with 7-10 years of experience to lead our creative team in delivering exceptional interior design solutions. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to create innovative designs, manage projects from concept to completion, and ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate expertise in corporate interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing 7-10 years of experience in this field.
- Develop and execute comprehensive design plans, including material sourcing and product selection.
- Lead cross-functional teams, guiding junior designers to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, decorators, constructors, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing successful projects.
