Key Responsibilities:

We seek an experienced OCI administrator to manage our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OCI administration, including Tenancy, VCN, Compartments, Network Layers, and firewalls.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and administering OCI infrastructure, including installation, configuration, migration, tuning, patching, and monitoring.
  • Writing and modifying Terraform scripts for application deployments on OCI and managing OCI Infrastructure.
  • Performance optimization, hardware upgrades, and resource allocation as required.
  • Configuring CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required and ensuring high availability of infrastructure.
  • Applying OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrading administrative tools and utilities.
  • Configuring and adding new services as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Network Security Groups, Bastion Hosts as a Service Sessions, and Public Load Balancer provisioning.
  • Provisioning storage, compute nodes, network, and understanding requirements for the same.
  • IaaS solutions: virtual machines/networks, on-premise/hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity, security models, cloud monitoring, logging, local and cloud storage.

Credentials and Experience:

  • Certified OCI Architect Associate/Professional (Mandatory)
  • Certified OCI Migration and Integration Specialist (Preferred)
  • Certified OCI Security Associate/Professional (Preferred)
  • Certified OCI Cloud Operations Associate (Preferred)
  • 4-10 years of work experience in OCI administration
