Strategic HR Consultant

About the Role
  • Drive effective execution and delivery of HR projects/programs supporting various functions/businesses to achieve people outcomes through strategic organisational simplification, employee value proposition, diversity and inclusion strategies, technology-enabled employee experience, and project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enable delivery of people outcomes by partnering with stakeholders to co-create and design specific interventions and deliverables that support our people strategy, leveraging research on internal and external HR trends.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of HR experience in driving large-scale projects spanning multiple HR areas, preferably with expertise in engagement, culture, people experience, leadership, and talent management.
  • External consulting experience in Big 4 People Practice is highly desirable but not mandatory.
