Job Title: This role is a key contributor to our team, responsible for assisting program leaders with system configurations and support for global applications.

The main objective of this position is to provide daily system assistance to users of EtQ Reliance application and troubleshoot system issues as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide system support to users via telephone, email, and instant messaging for the EtQ Reliance application.
  • Troubleshoot system problems with users and software vendors when necessary.
  • Perform several system administration tasks such as updating website information content and system data changes.
  • Assist with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Create and execute test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Assist with software validation and change control activities.
  • Develop reports using Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Develop training materials.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • A passionate team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
  • Experienced in system troubleshooting and investigating root causes.
  • Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience is mandatory.
  • Prior experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript) is an asset.
  • SharePoint experience is beneficial.
