We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence expert to spearhead our AI projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI models, working with large language models, optimizing complex pipelines, and driving innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI models for real-world applications.
  • Work on LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics, leveraging industry-leading frameworks and tools.
  • Optimize ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and product managers to drive project success.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions for implementation.
  • Conduct experiments, validate results, and integrate solutions into production environments.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and continually improve deployed models to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and industry-standard frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience working with LLMs and fine-tuning large models to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Strong knowledge of ML pipelines, data preprocessing, and deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment and management.
  • Good understanding of software development practices, Git, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in MLOps and model monitoring with a focus on delivering high-quality AI solutions.
  • Exposure to vector databases and AI-driven search systems with a demonstrated understanding of their applications.
  • Prior work on enterprise AI projects with a strong emphasis on innovation and collaboration.
