Job Title: Operations Management Specialist

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, create and maintain process documentation, assist in the implementation of solutions and monitor quality of service delivery.

Analysts will work with teams around the world to define best practice, design and optimize scalable workflows that align to company goals.

  • Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement or automation
  • Delivering process and solution documentation across multiple teams, geographies and tools
  • Leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely goal achievement
  • Developing a deep understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure effective solution development
  • Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions
  • Documenting all work to a high professional standard
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate)
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Cross-functional team experience in a global environment
  • Basics of business process modeling, workflow and project management principles
  • Data analysis tools and methodologies familiarity
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP) an asset
