Job Opportunity: Medical Information Associate

We are a specialised pharmacovigilance service provider, established to deliver first-class support to pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide approved responses to medical enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients, including call handling.
  • Accurately identify, document, and report adverse events, side effects, pregnancy, and other special situation events, and product quality complaints within required timeframes.
  • Ensure all medical information enquiries are tracked and fully documented within the Medical Information database accurately and completely.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours provision of medical information for clients who have contracted a 24/7 enquiry handling service.
  • Provide management with regular updates regarding project status and metrics concerning enquiries.
  • Assist in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness for the pharmacovigilance system and actively participate in PV inspections or audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Lifescience or biomedical background – healthcare-related degree (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing).
  • Customer service or call centre experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable receiving enquires by phone.
  • Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in French.
