We are a company that specializes in electroplating, focusing on acid-zinc plating. Our team is currently seeking highly skilled laboratory professionals to fill lab technician and assistant lab operator roles within the same plant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment, conducting quality control tests, and performing various analytical tasks. This role requires someone with excellent technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance and Operation: Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and operated according to established guidelines.
  • Quality Control Tests: Conduct thorough quality control tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Analytical Tasks: Perform various analytical tasks, including sampling, testing, and data analysis.
  • Laboratory Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques, as well as quality control principles.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in operating laboratory equipment, analyzing data, and interpreting results.
  • Analytical Skills: Exhibit exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field and possess previous experience working in an industrial laboratory setting.
