Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive outreach, lead qualification, and discovery call scheduling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching decision-makers, crafting compelling messages, and enabling sales teams with better-qualified leads.
Main Responsibilities- Lead Discovery & Qualification: Build targeted lists, research ideal accounts, run outbound campaigns, qualify prospects using BANT frameworks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Initiate conversations, build interest in our solutions, position the product in short interactions, handover qualified leads to sales teams.
- Sales Enablement: Create email templates, outreach flows, case studies, FAQs, support founders and marketing teams with pre-sales collateral, capture learnings and continuously improve messaging & targeting.
- Have 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or sales.
- Enjoy finding and talking to new people every day.
- Write clear and convincing messages.
- Thrive in execution-heavy roles with daily targets.
- Are curious about industrial / infrastructure ecosystems.
- Are comfortable using AI tools for better outreach.
