Key Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team.

  • Develop and implement complex process models using simulation and optimization tools.
  • Analyze project requirements and translate them into specifications and project deliverables.
  • Promote timely and high-quality project delivery.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in refinery or petrochemical operations/process controls/process engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Advanced Process Control, Real-Time Optimization, Performance Monitoring, and First Principal modeling.
  • Skilled in Aspen Hysys, Aspen GDOT, KBC Petrosim, Technip Spyro, and other modeling tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, and control logics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong domain knowledge and Chemical Engineering principles and operations.
  • Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work in a team and maintain good working relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and configure dynamic process and flow models for Oil & Gas processes.
  • Run simulations for wide range of scenarios with built models.
  • Carry out dynamic process and control studies.
  • Perform optimization and de-bottlenecking studies.
  • Assist with Flow Assurance model building for Real-time production assurance systems.
  • Execute OTS projects with project teams for end-to-end design and delivery for Refinery, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and other customers.
