Job Description

The role of a senior Oracle Fusion consultant involves leading and executing various activities related to procurement, supply chain management, and order-to-cash modules. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining system documentation, working with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, conducting gap analysis, designing integrations, ensuring seamless data flow, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing issues, log and manage support tickets, provide timely communication regarding support request status, conduct initial troubleshooting, and assist in training end-users on Oracle applications and troubleshooting techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an Oracle techno-functional consultant
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in P2P, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management modules
  • Strong understanding of the procure-to-pay cycle, procurement processes, and supply chain management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Oracle certification in relevant modules is a plus
