About the Role

We're looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML systems that drive real-world value on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models that meet business requirements and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and prioritize AI features that align with business objectives.
  • Write high-quality, scalable code in Python using FastAPI or Flask frameworks.
  • Build API endpoints that integrate AI features with our backend system.
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize model performance and monitor key metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, embeddings, and scoring algorithms.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles.
  • Proficiency in Python and key ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers).
  • Hands-on experience with vector similarity, embedding models, and ranking algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.).
  • Experience deploying AI models or services in production (Docker, cloud, CI/CD).
  • Experience working with or integrating into PHP-based backends (via API).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive AI product strategy.
