Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

The role of a Senior AI Engineer encompasses developing, training, and deploying AI models to solve challenging business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI Pipelines: Utilize techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches to craft innovative AI pipelines.
  • Fine-tune Pre-trained Models: Adapt pre-trained Large Language Models for specific tasks and domains, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Research and Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching new techniques to improve AI model performance and capabilities.
  • Software Engineering Excellence: Apply rigorous software engineering practices to AI pipelines, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Evaluation and Analysis: Critically evaluate and analyze the performance of AI models, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay Current: Remain up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI research, applying this knowledge to drive innovation.
  • Proof-of-Concept Development: Facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept AI systems, showcasing their potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI or related fields, with a strong focus on software engineering and data pipeline management.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying AI models in production, and monitoring and maintaining their performance.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with a solid understanding of Linux and cloud-based ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models.
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and a good understanding of server management.
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS AI services.
  • Exposure to AI frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Methodical and meticulous towards work and planning.
