We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Pre-Sales Executive (Design Expert) in our flagship showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of furniture, home décor, lighting, and space planning, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • About the Role: As a Pre-Sales Executive (Design Expert), you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our showroom. You will play a key role in understanding their requirements, providing personalized design recommendations, preparing quotes, and facilitating store visits.
  • Main Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Showroom Walkthrough, Design Consultation & Pre-Sales Support, Quotation & Sales Coordination, Relationship Building & Lead Generation.
  • Key Skills: Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field. Experience: 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail. Strong understanding of furniture, home décor, lighting, and space planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach. Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools.
