Job Title: Sales Marketing Executive

We are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales & Marketing Professional to play a key role in driving student admissions and revenue growth for our institution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive student admissions.
  • Identify, approach, and convert prospective students and parents through personalized engagement and relationship-building.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns that showcase the institution's offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry benchmarks.
  • Organize events and seminars to promote the institution and engage with prospective students.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions to inform future marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector, with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
  • A self-motivated individual with a results-driven attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is a plus, but not essential.
