Job Description:

The position of Statutory Approvals Specialist requires an individual to ensure that all projects meet statutory approval requirements throughout the project lifecycle. This involves effective communication with government authorities, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.

  • Develop and implement strategies for timely completion of statutory approvals
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively to expedite the approval process
  • Ensure accurate filing of statutory compliances for projects and client facilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Statutory Approvals Management: Ensure all projects obtain necessary approvals from relevant government agencies
  • Compliance Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of statutory approvals for projects and client facilities
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and related agencies to expedite the approval process
Required Skills & Experience:

This role requires a strong background in regulatory affairs, preferably in the real estate or infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong planning and organizing abilities.
