The role of the Franchise Business Development Manager is a vital position within our organization, responsible for driving business expansion and franchise development.
This involves exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to potential business partners, key stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Identify potential business partners for Pre-School expansion, conducting thorough research and analysis to assess their suitability.
- Conduct city profiling for opening new Kidzee Pre-School locations, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and growth plans.
- Implement lead generation initiatives through marketing activities, leveraging various channels and mediums to reach a wider audience.
- Deliver high-quality business presentations to potential partners, showcasing the benefits and value proposition of our franchise model.
- Evaluate prospect profiles for suitability as business partners, assessing their financial stability, market knowledge, and alignment with our values.
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies for acquisition, focusing on targeted outreach and engagement.
- Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met, along with product development and launch in the region, monitoring performance metrics and making adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for business partners and coordinate center operations, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Build the school brand in target markets and inspect centers, fostering strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
- Maintain high-quality academic processes and delivery according to company standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all locations.
- Monitor market intelligence within the industry, staying up-to-date with trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Management (Operations/Sales) or Graduate degree (BBA/BMS) with 5-7 years of experience in franchisee/sales/institutional sales.
- Understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
