Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

  • Elevate the user experience by crafting intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet our clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to define product roadmaps and identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable patterns and best practices within the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient code.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers, troubleshooting day-to-day interface issues and delivering solutions with the end-user in mind.
  • Write clean, efficient code in Ruby and React, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and adapting quickly to new tools and frameworks.

You will be successful in this role if you:

  • possess strong proficiency in Rails, React, CSS, and Material UI, with a proven track record of delivering solutions on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience, with a focus on software development and design.
  • 7+ years' work experience with client-side technologies and API design interaction, with a strong portfolio of projects and achievements.
  • Hands-on experience with Rails is mandatory; proven track record with React is a strong plus, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
