As a key member of our product development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and engineering innovative mobility solutions that transform people's lives.

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and prototyping wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components
  • Conducting market research to identify consumer trends and needs
  • Developing lightweight, robust load-bearing structures using finite element analysis (FEA)
  • Integrating motors, batteries, and control systems with structural design
  • Collaborating with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery
  • Testing durability, safety, and compliance of products
  • Optimizing materials and processes for cost, weight, and performance
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of product specifications, changes, and manufacturing processes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 2-4 years' experience in product development, preferably in mobility, automotive, or structural products
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping
  • Experience with electric vehicle (EV) and mechatronic systems is a plus
