Enterprise Solution Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape of our organization.

With a strong background in software development, system design, and architecture, you will lead the development team in implementing high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Technology Expertise & Development Leadership: Demonstrating deep expertise in Java or Node.js, including data structures, algorithms, APIs, libraries, and best practices. Leading and guiding the development team in implementing high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
  • System Design & Low-Level Architecture: Designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications. Ensuring adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and integration patterns. Conducting low-level design reviews, focusing on error handling, logging, and maintainability.
  • Cloud & DevOps Practices: Developing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure, leveraging microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing. Collaborating with DevOps teams to improve automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure reliability. Ensuring security best practices are followed in development and deployment.
  • Agile Development & Best Practices: Working within an Agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban) and driving best practices for software development. Encouraging code reusability, modular development, and performance optimization within the team. Contributing to continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Requirement Analysis & Collaboration: Engaging with business analysts and product owners to analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements. Translating business needs into technical design and implementation plans. Ensuring alignment of software solutions with business and technical requirements.
  • Technical Mentorship & Code Reviews: Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance to the team. Conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring best practices in software development. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Solution Structuring & Implementation Support: Assisting in defining component solutions based on architectural guidance. Providing technical inputs for solution proposals and feasibility analysis. Supporting the deployment of solutions, ensuring adherence to scalability, performance, and security requirements.
