Wealth Management Expertise Needed

Seeking a highly skilled Wealth Manager to lead the implementation of our Digital Wealth platform. This role requires domain expertise in private banking and wealth management, ensuring accurate capture of business requirements, regulatory compliance, and effective customer journeys.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with digital wealth platforms, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence senior business leaders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Domain & Functional Expertise:
    • Act as primary expert for wealth management, private banking, and digital advisory
    • Interpret and validate business requirements across modules
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with business, compliance, and product teams to define requirements
    • Liaise with technology and vendor partners to ensure domain needs are met
  • Regulatory & Compliance:
    • Ensure alignment with global and regional frameworks
    • Validate wealth journeys against compliance and risk profiling standards

Key Requirements:

Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio performance metrics, and risk profiling

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Middle East or global private banking clients
  • Involvement in wealth platform transformation projects

Soft Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business leaders
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
