Senior Tax Advisor Opportunity

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) or dual-qualified professional with 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Indirect Tax.

This position involves handling GST reviews and shadow audits independently, drafting legal opinions on GST, Customs, FTP, and indirect tax laws, and preparing and finalizing replies to memos/show cause notices, appeals, and applications before the Authority for Advance Ruling. The ideal candidate will also have experience representing clients before adjudicating authorities, including CESTAT/GSTAT, and drafting petitions before High Courts and the Supreme Court.

Responsibilities include:

  • Independently managing client queries and providing strategic solutions
  • Leading business development efforts, maintaining client relationships, and pursuing potential leads
  • Preparing client meeting decks, fee schedules, and retainer agreements
  • Mentoring junior team members to meet client deliverables and internal goals

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Requirements:
