Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

Achieve success as a seasoned QA Automation Engineer, leveraging expertise in Cypress and JavaScript to deliver end-to-end testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute automated tests for web applications using preferred tools like Cypress or Selenium.
- Effectively utilize bug tracking systems such as Jira or Azure DevOps for defect identification, reporting, and resolution.
- Maintain a solid understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, ensuring seamless collaboration within development teams.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 8+ years of experience in QA automation with at least 2-3 years in a lead position or as a senior team member.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing with Cypress or Selenium, along with hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools.
- Proven leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering growth and development.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
