The primary objective of this role is to oversee the operational aspects of accounts receivable and payable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-Day Operations Management: Head the end-to-end process of accounts receivable and payable, maintain strong relationships with customers, address billing or payment concerns in a timely manner, collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes.
  • Financial Analysis: Develop and implement effective credit and collections policies, monitor cash flow, identify potential risks, design strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management and financial reporting purposes, provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Candidates with 4-6 years of work experience in B2B settings, preferably with Big Four firms, are preferred.
  • Experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)/Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
