Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account. This individual will be responsible for maintaining compliance with Amazon's policies and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and best practices.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  • Create, maintain, and improve product listings, including compelling titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and enhanced brand content (EBC).
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, pricing strategies, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
  • Coordinate inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, working closely with supply chain and logistics teams.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities to expand product offerings.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews, maintaining a positive brand reputation.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities, such as discounts, coupons, and deals, to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, ad spend, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon accounts or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central operations, including listing creation, inventory management, and advertising tools.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's SEO principles and keyword research.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and optimize strategies accordingly.
