Job Title:

Technical Service Engineer

Description:

As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our solar energy solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in electronics and electrical engineering, preferably with 5 years of experience in the solar industry. A bachelor's degree or above is required. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
  • Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training;
  • Answering consulting phone calls and replying to customer emails;
  • Remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting and replacement;
  • Collecting clear after-sales support cases data and reporting to the leader;
  • Other team work assigned from the team leader.

Key qualifications include knowledge of string inverters, hybrid inverters, and utility-based projects, as well as being responsible for after-sales support activities in a particular region.
