Job Title

This leadership role involves managing a team, acting as a primary client contact, and ensuring the accuracy of all financial and reporting activities. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in asset management accounting and a proven ability to lead and build strong client relationships.

About the Role
  • Manage and coordinate accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information to clients.
  • Supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the accounting team, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with significant experience in asset management accounting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
